Endorsement of Training and Courses

Prospective centres must complete and submit our centre approval application. Centres must provide information about their staff, occupational competency, facilities, resources, and proposed qualifications.

Your Centre Approval application is then reviewed to assess whether the centre meets the necessary criteria for delivering quality education and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Following a successful preliminary review of your centre application, a member of our external quality assurance team conducts an on-site visit. This visit is key to verifying the accuracy of the information provided in the application and evaluating the centre's capability to effectively deliver its proposed qualifications. During this visit, the appointed member of our external quality assurance team will examine delivery materials, interview staff members, and observe your facilities to ensure that they align with expected standards.

Upon completion of the visit, our external quality assurance team prepares a report detailing their findings and recommendations. If any deficiencies are identified, centres are given an opportunity to address them before final approval is granted. Once all conditions have been satisfactorily met, AB Qualifications awards formal recognition, allowing the new centre to commence operations as an approved or accredited provider.
